These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 22vipph ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 22vipph website located at https://22vipph.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 22vipph Platform.

These Terms were last updated in May 2026. 22vipph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and maintain an account on 22vipph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law applicable to casino-style online gambling. 22vipph does not permit access to persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing wagers, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 22vipph, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 22vipph Platform.

22vipph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 22vipph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. 22vipph shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 22vipph support immediately via live chat.

22vipph reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

22vipph supports the following local Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of your account.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 22vipph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) business hours on average during normal operating hours. 22vipph reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. 22vipph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus credits and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus credits expire at the end of the validity period.
• 22vipph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on the 22vipph Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

22vipph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within each live game lobby.

22vipph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error, or placed in circumstances that constitute a violation of these Terms. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

Winnings from valid bets will be credited to your account balance promptly following the settlement of the relevant event or game round. Disputed settlements must be raised with 22vipph support within 72 hours of the relevant event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22vipph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

22vipph employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

All content on the 22vipph Platform — including but not limited to the 22vipph name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 22vipph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 22vipph.
• Use the 22vipph name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 22vipph intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 22vipph.

• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, are published in the cashier section of the Platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 22vipph support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 22vipph Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
